PREMIER TENANT EXPERIENCE

A fully bespoke, white-glove approach to tenant engagement, no on-site staff required

Premier Tenant Experience is designed for properties that want more than individual events. This program offers a highly customized, hands-on approach to tenant engagement—combining strategy, creativity, and seamless execution.

Through dedicated support and intentional planning, we design experiences that align with your property’s goals, reflect your brand, and evolve throughout the year.

What This Looks Like:

  • Up to 24 experiences per year (2 per month) including no cost and low-cost events

  • Strategic annual planning and programming with priority service including date availability

  • Elevated creativity, flexibility, and customization

  • White-glove support and execution, including mail list management and marketing support

Ideal For:

  • Larger properties with strong occupancy

  • Owners prioritizing differentiation

  • Properties seeking maximum impact

Premier Tenant Experience is our most comprehensive offering—designed to deliver standout moments and long-term impact.



ESSENTIAL TENANT EXPERIENCE

Streamlined, high-impact programming—expertly curated and easy to manage

Essential Tenant Experience delivers the moments that matter most through curated, proven concepts—executed seamlessly and with minimal lift from your team.

Designed for consistency and ease, Essential offers dependable, elevated experiences that reflect our standards while keeping scope intentionally focused.

What To Expect:

  • 4–8 all-tenant experiences per year, including activations and RSVP-based workshops

  • A mix of no-cost and low-cost experiences throughout the year, including charitable drives, raffles, and pop-ups (2 no-cost, 2 low-cost per year)

  • Consistent quality and execution throughout the year. (Experience mix and cadence may vary based on property needs, timing, and feasibility.)

  • Reduced planning and day-to-day management time

Ideal For:

  • Properties seeking dependable, high-quality programming on a consistent basis

  • Budget-conscious or smaller assets with lower occupancy

  • Portfolios prioritizing consistency and ease
